I love the idea behind this book, I mean who doesn’t want to whip up a quilt that’s quick and easy? If you’re not familiar with Lynne’s work, this is her second quilting book, her first book was the fantastic  500 Quilt Blocks: The Only Quilt Block Compendium You’ll Ever Need co- written with Kerry Green from Very Kerry Berry. As well as being a published author Lynne designs many of the free quilt patterns from Makower and also helps out Dashwood Studio with their quilting needs so really she’s a bit of a quilting rock star.

The book contains 12 stunning contemporary quilts and by using large quilts blocks these quilts do come together fast. The book also includes 8 smaller projects including a table runner and pillow case to name a few.

Here’s a sneaky peek of some of the quilts, just scroll down past the eye candy to see how you can enter the giveaway to win a signed copy of this fantastic book.

  1. i would love to try quilt making but there are so many books to choose from, and this one looks really lovely, and i like the idea that they are easy and quick to make.

  2. Lynne’s book looks ideal for the beginner! I have just retired early from my career and this is what I have always wanted to do Quilting. Lynne’s book would be ideal as a step by step guide!

  3. With so many fabric offcuts in my craft cupboard this would be a fab book to use them up and have something wonderful at the end instead of a bag of scraps ☺️

  4. I am already an avid quilter but always keen to try out new patterns and ideas – the quilts in this book look really beautiful!

  5. Thank you, great opportunity to win something very useful! The novice quilter that I am needs a book like this! 🤔

  6. Lovely com temporary designs in bold colour ways. Would love to win this book, as it’s has inspired me to using some of my stash!!!
